About Courtney

Courtney Pardon brings over 13 years of experience in banking, including 6 years in mortgage banking. Growing up on a farm where her family ran a business alongside their banker sparked her early interest in the field. She earned a bachelor's degree in finance and management from Minot State University while working part-time as a bank teller and in various departments. Her passion for helping people and the housing industry led her to the mortgage department. Today, her main area of expertise is educating clients with a personal touch and tailoring mortgage products that fit their needs not only today but 5 to 10 years into the future. She serves as president of the Minot Association of Builders and is a member of both the Minot Association of Builders and the North Dakota Association of Builders. Courtney attributes her success to consistency and continuing to show up and speak up even when things are hard.
