Her Interview
Ten minutes with Courtney
01What do you attribute your success to?
I try very hard to follow advice to find aspects of work that allow me to feel in my flow and pursue those. I surround myself with people who I find inspiring and joyful to work with. All impactful work is the result of a great team. Finding time for replenishment when needed, taking important breaks, allowing for new thoughts and ideas to come in, and making space for rest as well.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice that I've received is to find what aspects of work really allow you to feel in your flow and to pursue those. When you are able to surround yourself with teams or tasks that are so engaging that you lose track of time, that means you're making the contribution that is uniquely yours.
