What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the mentors who shaped my journey—Mike White, Don Dedonatis Sr., and Debbie Nelson—as well as the drive and discipline I gained from my years as a professional athlete, which continue to guide me through leadership, operations, sales, and business strategy roles with organizations like the Tampa Bay Rays and ASA Entertainment.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Say yes to opportunities even if you don’t have all the answers—trust yourself, stay curious, and learn as you go.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Family is at the heart of everything I do, and I strive to model for my three kids the importance of dedication, going above and beyond what’s expected, and finding balance through the things we love—like youth sports, golf, and time at the beach.
