Courtney Smith

Courtney Smith serves as Senior Client Manager at Gallagher Benefit Services, where she helps large employer groups manage their employee benefit programs, mitigate risk, and navigate the healthcare system amid rising costs. She began her career in 2004 with a temporary open enrollment support role at Aon and has since built her expertise through positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas in sales and marketing and at Prudential on the life and disability side. Smith holds a Life and Health License for Texas and Louisiana and attended Lamar University. She is passionate about mentoring young women, particularly women of color, in the male-dominated field and participates in community initiatives such as Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Houston Food Bank.
