What do you attribute your success to?

Courtney strongly believes in her education. Courtney focuses on software implementations and integrations with POS systems, handles project management, onboarding agents/ISOs, and operational support. Once she graduated, she was offered a position in tech and software, with PlanSource and enjoyed working with the SaaS industry. Her main expertise today, as an ISV Implementation Manager at North, leverages her extensive experience in strategic partnerships and inside sales to support new and existing ISV partners. She focuses on building, developing, and retaining partner relationships, ensuring a seamless customer experience through daily interaction with underwriting, back-office teams, deployment, and customer services. She also utilizes her deep understanding of the customer base to drive implementation and streamline business operations.

Take in everything around you. Listen and learn, especially before speaking.

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

One of my core values is accountability. In my personal life, this means I don't make promises I can't keep. In my work, it means I take full responsibility for my projects. I also take time to enjoy my life and the beauty of things around me. I enjoy plant collecting, coffee outings, crocheting, spending time with family, and gardening. I also love to travel when possible!
