Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success in sales and marketing to the incredible mentors who encouraged me to take risks and seize new opportunities. Their guidance helped me build confidence, embrace change, and recognize the value of continuous growth in a dynamic industry.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

To young women pursuing a career in hospitality, I always say—go after your goals and don’t let fear hold you back. This industry is full of opportunity, and your perspective matters. Be bold, be authentic, and never underestimate the impact of your voice.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Outside of work, I find joy in reading—especially romantic and fantasy novels, along with psychological thrillers. I often discover new reads and quotes through TikTok and love keeping lists of favorites. As a single mom and Little League baseball coach, I value the importance of hobbies that bring peace and balance. Volunteering with the Ronald McDonald Children’s Hospital in Fort Worth, particularly working the dessert station with my son, has been one of the most fulfilling parts of my life—and I look forward to expanding that by becoming a baby cuddler volunteer.
