I would advise young women entering this industry to always be prepared for every situation. Consistent readiness and attention to detail are key to ensuring your store—or team—operates successfully.

One of the biggest opportunities—and challenges—in retail today is delivering exceptional customer service. Meeting and exceeding customer expectations is critical for long-term success.
