Courtney Wise

She has extensive experience in marketing leadership, business development, and brand strategy within the construction and architecture industry. She currently serves as Marketing Director at JTM Construction, where she oversees proposal development, brand management, and community engagement initiatives. She is also a Co-Founder and Creative Director of Build With Pride Seattle, where she leads branding and creative direction to support LGBTQIA+ professionals in construction, architecture, and engineering. Previously, she held senior marketing roles at Cochran, Inc. and BNBuilders, where she managed RFQ/RFP proposals, developed marketing collateral, led regional marketing teams, and supported business development efforts. Earlier in her career, she worked in business development and marketing for architecture firms, focusing on client relations and growth opportunities.
