Cresie Clay is an Inside Retention Rep specializing in commercial sales for trash and recycling in Chicago, Illinois, where she has worked since 2020. With a background of more than 20 years in fashion retail, she previously held positions as a retail sales specialist at St. John, worked in sales and accounting at Neiman Marcus, served in a hybrid private retail sales and office management role at Louis Vuitton, and contributed to sales at Saks Fifth Avenue. Clay earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix after attending IADP for two years in the fashion industry. She attributes her success to educating herself, learning new skill sets, pushing forward without giving up, and applying client relations expertise from her retail background. Educating myself, learning new skill sets, pushing forward and not giving up. Taking skills from previous fashion and retail roles in client relations and building relationships has motivated me and been lucrative.
