My advice to young women entering the industry is to always be willing to learn and never stop growing. Embrace every opportunity to expand your skills, stay curious, and remain adaptable—those qualities are key to building a successful and fulfilling career.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is technology. Advancements in AI, automation, and smart systems are transforming how we manage facilities and scale food infrastructure. Staying ahead of these changes and integrating innovative solutions effectively allows operators to grow faster, reduce overhead, and create more efficient, sustainable operations.
