Cristi Dozeman

Cristi Dozeman brings three decades of experience to the food service field. She began cooking in her aunt's family-owned catfish restaurant and later spent five years at Windstar World Casinos, advancing her skills under executive chefs. For 19 years she worked as a lunch lady and kitchen manager while also running her own business preparing meals for clients with dietary needs and serving as fellowship cook at her church, handling all menu planning, budgeting, shopping, cooking, and cleaning. Cristi holds a hospital diploma along with a few months of business school and multiple certifications earned through programs in Houston, Texas. She recently joined the Broadmoor as sous chef while continuing her roles as lunch lady and resort line cook.
