What do you attribute your success to?
My success comes from the strength of my team—eight highly skilled therapists, estheticians, and cosmetologists—and my deep commitment to continued education and lifelong learning to better serve our clients and community.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best advice I’ve received was learning patience—and learning how to align with my higher self instead of forcing the process.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice is to learn the body and the business early. Technical skill is essential, but boundaries, pricing, and self-care are just as important for longevity. Protect your energy, trust your intuition, and back it up with solid education. You don’t have to fit a mold to be successful—your personality and perspective are assets. Charge your worth, continue learning with intention, and remember that growth often means evolving your niche over time. Sustainability is the goal, not burnout.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is differentiation. Wellness and massage are often seen as interchangeable services, which makes it easy for truly skilled, outcome-driven care to be misunderstood or undervalued.
The opportunity is education and integration. More people are looking for solutions that address pain, stress, recovery, and emotional well-being together — not separately. There’s growing demand for therapeutic, trauma-informed, and medically-informed bodywork that complements healthcare rather than replaces it.
Practices that can clearly communicate results, work collaboratively with other professionals, and focus on prevention as much as relief are positioned to lead the next evolution of the wellness industry.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are travel, spending quality time with my loved ones, and creating meaningful experiences.
