Cristina Leon

Cristina Leon serves as a financial representative and advisor, bringing a decade of experience in the finance industry to her wealth management practice based in Fairview Heights, Illinois. She has spent the past two years building her own practice focused on financial planning, client acquisition, and ongoing client care through networking and meetings. Leon holds Pace Setter status within her district or division, an elite recognition achieved by only about 5% of women in financial planning and 1.3% of those in the LGBTQ+ community. She is an active member of her firm's women's affinity group and volunteers with Alex's Lemonade Stand to help prevent childhood cancers as well as the American Cancer Society's Strides program for breast cancer awareness and fundraising. Leon credits her professional drive to watching her parents work multiple jobs as lower-middle-class individuals and to the discipline gained from her D1 soccer career in college. She advises young women entering the field that everything is about compound interest and that pressure is a privilege.
