I attribute much of my success to investing in people and helping them grow from within. My greatest professional accomplishment has been developing individuals, empowering them to recognize their strengths, build confidence, and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach. There is nothing more rewarding than watching someone discover their potential, pursue their passions, and advance in their career. The most fulfilling part of what I do is watching people grow throughout their professional journey. Whether it's a new hire gaining confidence, a team member mastering a new skill, or someone advancing into a new opportunity, seeing others develop into capable, successful professionals is the truest measure of success for me. I am passionate about helping people discover their potential, realize what they are capable of achieving, and supporting them as they create meaningful and rewarding careers.

The best career advice I have ever received came from one of my mentors, Brenda Gammie, who taught me that great leadership is not about personal success, but about helping others grow and succeed. She saw potential in me before I fully saw it in myself and intentionally placed me in opportunities that challenged me to learn, develop, and expand my capabilities. Rather than providing all the answers, she asked thoughtful questions that encouraged me to think strategically, solve problems independently, and confidently navigate my own career path. Her mentorship showed me the lasting impact that comes from investing in others and creating opportunities for people to reach their full potential. That lesson has shaped the way I lead today. I strive to support, encourage, and develop individuals at every stage of their careers, helping them recognize their strengths, build confidence, and discover opportunities they may not have previously imagined for themselves.

My advice to anyone entering this industry is to believe in yourself every step of the way. Have confidence in your abilities, trust your instincts, and never underestimate the value you bring to the table.
