Her Story

About Crystal

At my core, I'm a relationship builder — someone energized by connection, reimagining customer experiences and shaping teams that deliver real results. Over the last decade, my career has taken me through diverse industries, including Insurance and Event Services, with roots in waste management, thanks to four-plus years at Rubicon. From 2015 to 2019, I served as a Vendor Analyst and Special Projects Manager where I led the launch of one of the company's largest accounts. Coming back to Rubicon in February 2026 as a Key Account Manager felt like everything had come full circle. Now, I'm focused on nurturing key client relationships and driving meaningful growth across my book of business.

Although I studied Public Relations at Clark Atlanta University, it was my passion for the customer experience that led me into Customer Operations and Relationship Management. This passion continues to drive my love for building and developing customer-facing teams — a talent I consider my superpower!

Whether I'm managing accounts or leading events, I bring a relationship-centric approach to leadership and a genuine dedication to service excellence — and I couldn't be more excited for what's next.

Ten minutes with Crystal

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute much of my success to my ability to genuinely connect with people from diverse backgrounds. Friendly and outgoing by nature, I find real joy in engaging with others — a quality that I believe naturally draws people in. While many people may check the boxes for a role, not everyone brings the kind of presence that makes them enjoyable to work alongside.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Find what brings you joy, and look for ways to incorporate it into your work. That sense of purpose and connection can carry you through even the toughest days.
