01What do you attribute your success to?
I pride myself in being a provider who practices with a questioning attitude and attention to details. My personal experience with my spouse's late cancer diagnosis changed how I practice, focusing on finding the root cause rather than just treating symptoms.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
If you can dream it, if you want it, you'll get it. I was discouraged from pursuing dental school by a patient who was a dentist, but I stayed in nursing and became a nurse practitioner instead.
