Dr. Clarke is a “systems and culture architect.” An organizational development strategist with a PhD in Social Psychology, she applies behavioral science to help organizations build better systems, healthier culture, and more connected communities. Her work is dedicated to addressing what gets in the way of human connection and helping people connect more deeply to themselves and others. She is also an avid traveler, exploring what it means to be deeply human across cultures and around the world.
