My advice to young women entering this industry is simple: you can, and you will—never give up and always stay committed to learning and growing.

One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is expanding support for women in mining, especially as we work to grow representation and break through barriers in a traditionally male-dominated industry.
