Currently Director of Community Partnership & Engagement at Bryant & Stratton College, after nearly five years as a Senior Admissions Representative. Previously spent nine years with the Cleveland Airport System, progressing from Custodial Worker to Custodial Maintenance Supervisor, leading teams of 65–80 staff with a focus on safety, compliance, inventory control, and operational excellence. Also brings 15+ years as a restaurant/bar owner-operator overseeing hiring, training, scheduling, budgeting, and day-to-day operations. Holds a BBA in General Management and a Property & Casualty Insurance certification.
