Crystal Farrow
Crystal Farrow is an accomplished account manager at FLS Transportation Services, where she oversees day-to-day operations for the company’s largest account, managing conflict resolution, problem solving, and operational logistics. With over a decade of experience in the logistics field, she has advanced from an entry-level role in order entry to leading key client accounts, demonstrating her ability to learn on the job and seize opportunities for growth. In addition to her professional role, she balances her work with a passion for travel, both personally and professionally, including her freelance work as a travel consultant with Zylaz Elite Travel.
A graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Crystal also pursued graduate studies in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at North Central University and is currently working toward a certificate in Project Management. Her career is defined by strong interpersonal skills, communication, and a commitment to integrity and trustworthiness, which she views as essential both professionally and personally. She has also dedicated herself to volunteer work, supporting Special Olympics Georgia for nearly 21 years, demonstrating a longstanding commitment to community engagement.

I attribute my success to seizing opportunities as they come and having the ambition and drive to pursue them fully.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to focus on what I can control and trust the rest to unfold, without letting the uncontrollable overwhelm me.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to pick something and just go for it—you can always pivot later—because taking action beats procrastination every time.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is being a woman in a male-dominated industry, where I’m often one of just a few women at events, which requires finding new ways to navigate, represent myself, and ensure women’s voices are heard.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in work and life are respect, integrity, and trustworthiness, and I find joy in being a proud doodle dog mom, traveling, exploring new cultures, staying active through fitness and dance, and practicing Lyra hoops.
