Ten minutes with Crystal
01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Build your reputation. What you put on paper doesn't stand for who you are. So, you work hard, you stay humble, you keep learning, and you always do the right thing. Even if no one's watching. Growth only happens if you're willing to change and embrace the opportunity. Success will never be measured on what you accomplish; the only thing that matters is the impact that you had on others.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity, compassion, hard work, respect, transparency, sincerity, objectivity. Passion for what I do. Treating all customers with respect whether homeowners or commercial. Building lasting relationships.
