About Crystal
Crystal Hogue is the Founder and Executive Coach of her nonprofit organization. In this capacity, she oversees all programs that the organization runs as well as all productions. She also serves as an executive coach who helps other leaders discover their passion, gifts, and talents to lead a nonprofit business or small business. With more than 25 years of experience in the field, Crystal earned her MBA from AIU. She attributes her success to persevering and not giving up despite challenges, keeping going until she accomplishes her goals and dreams. Crystal has been inspired by other women a little older than herself who face challenges with health, family, and finances yet continue moving forward. Her work reflects a heart for the community and nonprofits, with a vision to expand opportunities across every state.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to persevering and not giving up despite challenges. Keep going until you accomplish your goals and dreams. I've been inspired by other women a little older than I am who face challenges with health, family, finances, and just keep going.
