Crystal Mack is a New Home Sales Consultant at Starlight Homes in Moncks Corner, South Carolina, where she specializes in new home sales and client relationship management. With approximately five years of experience in new home sales and 10 years as a licensed real estate professional, Crystal brings extensive knowledge of the real estate market, customer service, sales, and contract management to her work.
Crystal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Services from Strayer University. She is also beginning a Ph.D. program in Human Resources, further developing her expertise and preparing for future opportunities that may combine human resources and real estate.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to perseverance, determination, and the drive to prove doubters wrong. When others told me I couldn’t succeed, I used their doubts as motivation to push forward and achieve my goals.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is to pursue what I truly want and never let anyone dim my light. I believe in myself, my abilities, and my potential, regardless of what others may say.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to start early, learn as much as possible, and stay curious. Seek hands-on training, ask questions, and don’t be afraid to ask for help. Find an agency that supports your growth and provides practical experience.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Relationships and integrity. Build strong relationships with people, be open to talking to people. Have integrity with everything you do.
