Crystal Mcnei

Crystal Mcnei brings nearly eight years of experience to the health insurance field. After working in retail during college, she became a licensed insurance agent and spent four years in supplemental insurance before transitioning to Medicare, where she helped elder citizens enroll in plans and access benefits. For the past three years, she has worked at the Virginia Health Benefit Exchange, supporting consumers from the back end by handling program integrity, running the call center, and managing business and program operations. Crystal graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2015 with a double major in business administration and African American Studies. She is passionate about ensuring consumers receive plans that fit their needs and budgets, drawing from her background as a Navy brat who values the security that proper health insurance provides.
