About Crystal
Crystal Moews brings more than 15 years of experience in customer service to her role, having worked in multiple branches of the industry and serving as a remote worker for the past 7 years. She earned her bachelor's degree from Southern Illinois University Carbondale as a single parent and is now considering returning to school to pursue a master's degree or studies in psychology to further her ability to help others. In addition to her professional work, Crystal volunteers at McBride High School in the Long Beach School District, where she supports robotics programs. She attributes her success to her ability to adapt and learn from her experiences, applying those lessons in both her career and personal life. Crystal values treating people with respect, fairness, and empathy, and she advises others to keep learning, never give up, and find what makes them happy. She notes that finding the right job placement amid widespread company layoffs presents a significant challenge in her field.

Just keep learning, always. Don't give up, and keep learning, and find what it is that makes you happy.

Don't think anything's impossible or give up. There's always a way. Just keep looking till you find it.

Finding the right job placement amid company layoffs is a major challenge.
