Crystal Reed

Crystal Reed serves as a Wealth Management Advisor at Waterloo Capital, a full-service RIA fiduciary wealth management firm based in Dallas, Texas. Her expertise encompasses family office services, public and private market investments, and extensive retirement planning, complemented by licenses in life insurance and annuity products. Reed holds an undergraduate degree in business and a master's degree in education with a sports management focus, both from the University of Kansas. Prior to entering wealth management at the beginning of this year following two and a half years of preparation, she built a diverse career that included six and a half years managing AT&T sports sponsorships for the North Central Region and nearly 13 years in sales and account management roles at Ferguson within the fire protection industry across multiple states. Reed attributes her success to a personal drive she terms FOD, or fear of disappointing those who have supported her, combined with seizing opportunities and the grit developed from her upbringing in a small Kansas town of 500 people.
