Crystal Roberts, MHA

Crystal Roberts, MHA, is a healthcare and pharmacy benefits leader serving as Director of Health Plan Strategic Partnerships. With more than a decade of experience in pharmacy benefits management and the insurance industry, she specializes in strategic delivery, health plan partnerships, regulatory affairs, and client management. Her career has included leadership roles supporting Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Commercial, Health Exchange, and Workers’ Compensation lines of business. Crystal began her career in pharmacy benefits as a Clinical Programs Specialist before progressing into supervisory and account management positions. She advanced from Account Manager to Senior Strategic Account Executive and ultimately to Director. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated expertise in health policy, pharmacy benefit regulations, auditing, project management, team development, and client relationships, while also serving as a mentor and trainer for emerging professionals. Academically, Crystal holds an Executive Master’s degree in Health Administration from the University of Southern California and is pursuing a doctorate in Strategic Leadership at Liberty University. She also holds the Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential. As both a healthcare leader and doctoral candidate, Crystal is committed to advancing strategic leadership, strengthening health plan and pharmacy benefit partnerships, and contributing to the continued improvement of the healthcare system.
