Crystal Flogerzi Rowley

Crystal Flogerzi Rowley is a U.S. Air Force veteran and experienced public servant, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager with the Department of Veterans Affairs. She leads initiatives to improve the Veteran experience, with a focus on underserved communities, data-driven service recovery, and enterprise-level reporting.
Previously, Crystal served as a Human-Centered Designer in the Veterans Experience Office, where she developed the My Journey Workshop and co-created the Medallion of Strength to honor female Veterans. Her background also includes roles in program coordination and assessment at Texas A&M.
Crystal holds degrees in psychology, educational leadership, and audiovisual production, along with certifications in customer experience and project management. A proud disabled Veteran, she is an active member of several professional and Veteran service organizations and is currently researching and authoring a book about her journey called "Crystal Does It!," where she will explore "all of the things in all of the places" that have ever peaked her curiosity and write about the fascinating people she discovers along the way.
