Ten minutes with Crystal

01What do you attribute your success to?

I am a person who needs a purpose in life to be truly fulfilled. With my graphic design skills and customer experience knowledge, I have been able to find my purpose in human-centered design at the Department of Veterans Affairs, helping Veteran Experience initiatives to improve the lives of those who have sacrificed for our country.

As I branch out into my own company, Crystal Does It!, I am taking these skills to the next level to provide operational and strategic process improvement mentorship to company executives who wish to reach their clients at the heart, ensuring continued patronage and customer loyalty through human-centered design research.
