01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
My director told me to take it one day at a time. Write down my short-term goals, what did it take to get there, and then write down the long-term goal, and what does it take to get there. And take my time, you know, it's not a race. When I started writing down my goals and my plans, I was like, oh, I see what he's doing now. One step at a time, don't move too fast.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Never give up. It will be hard. But as long as you keep your eyes on the prize, you can do it.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
For me, it's family. I really wanted to show, especially my daughters, that it's never too late, and that women can do anything. That was my push.
