About Cyndel
She is a customer service, technical support, and healthcare support professional with experience in logistics, prescription assistance, prior authorizations, escalated call support, training, and remote customer care. She currently works as a Customer Service Manager at Quality Logistics Systems and also supports DOD members with prescription fulfillment through Pearl Interactive Network. Previously, she served as a Technical Support Supervisor with Kelly and a Prior Authorization Associate at D&B Discount Drugs. She is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections.

01What do you attribute your success to?
Grit. That's it. Plain and simple, grit. Just like today, it's been raining... I got back to it. You have to push yourself.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
You don't have to know what you want to be when you're 18. Go take your prerequisites, go work in different areas, try different things first.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Never feel inferior by the fact that you ARE a female. The goal is the title.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Time management and the instability of a flexible schedule. Flexibility without strength or structure can work against you.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Family, Honesty, and integrity. Everyone should say what they mean, and mean what they say, and stand behind that.
