There are a few words of wisdom and best career advice I’ve ever received:
- Make yourself easy to trust and easy to work with.
- Do what you say you’ll do; accountability- follow through, meet deadlines, and communicate early if something changes.
- Focus on your strengths, maintaining confidence in your abilities, and consistently putting forth your best effort will be invaluable in shaping your professional growth.
- Know your worth and value - if you ever feel unrecognized or undervalued, it may be time to find a new table where your talents are celebrated.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that matter most to me, both professionally and personally, are my faith, family, integrity, accountability, respect, trust, communication, and transparency.
