Cyndi Boeker is a dedicated Executive Assistant with over 25 years of experience supporting C-level executives and managing office operations. Her current role at D.R. Horton’s Phoenix Division is Executive Assistant to the Division President, while also serving as Office Manager. 

She is known for her unwavering loyalty, unshakeable honesty, and remarkable professionalism. Trustworthiness is at the core of her character, and she is often referred to as the "glue" that holds everything together. 

In her years of experience, Cyndi has honed her expertise in administrative and operations support ensuring that leaders, teams, and operations run smoothly. Her career has been shaped by hands-on experience, progressive responsibility, resilience, and the mentorship of strong leaders, making her a trusted and invaluable member of every team she works with.

Throughout her career, Cyndi has had the privilege of working closely with exceptional leaders, including her current Division President, whom she describes as both inspiring and humbling and whom she greatly admires.
