Around herWhat's one piece of advice you would give to younger women chasing their dreams?Cynthia Encinas-Concordia : You know what, I used to be a warrior and now turned into a light warrior. Providing life for others. We all experience challenges in life. But how do you see your challenges? Are they some kind of punishments or obstacles, or do you see them as opportunities for your better future? I just want to advise the younger generation to follow your dreams, because we all have the power to create the life we love and not be constricted by the circumstances and conditions surrounding us. We were created by God for a mission. We just need to discover our purpose in life. But how do we know? That your dream or your purpose deserves our time and energy. You know what, I always ask these questions, these 5 questions when I created my dream. That's my dream make me alive. Does it make me grow? Is it aligned with my values? Does it need help from God? And will this benefit others? We always tell ourselves that we only have a 10 watt bulb. Excuse me, this 10 watt bulb still has a spark of light when you put it in the dark. That is your gift and talent. Given to you by God. Why not change that 10 watt bulb to a 2000 watt bulb? I don't know if there's really a 2000 watt bulb, but how? Well, get rid of all those blockages that stop you from moving forward towards your dream. And what are those? Those are your fears, your past pains, limiting beliefs, doubts, worries. I compared this to a dirty window. You won't be able to see what is outside if you don't clean your window. It will stop you from discovering the opportunities waiting for you outside. Make sure. You clean your window, remove all those, those blockages, and for your lamp, make sure your lamp is not positioned in a room. Make sure your lamp is positioned on a lamppost so those traveling in the dark may be guided by your light. So they may be able to reach their destination, and that is their dream or purpose. That's how I became a light wire. So share your life, so others may also share their life with the people they met. I just want to see each one living in peace, spreading love and compassion here on Earth. My vision is very simple. Just spread sunshine and happiness. To all the people that you meet, so this may create a ripple effect. Be that light for others.
