Cynthia Jones
Cynthia T. J. is a seasoned corporate social responsibility (CSR) leader and communications professional with over 25 years of experience driving employee engagement, volunteerism, and philanthropic initiatives. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Citizenship at Abbott, she oversees the company’s employee giving campaigns, global volunteer programs, and signature initiatives such as FUTURE WELL Kids, impacting communities across six countries. Cynthia has built a reputation for creating innovative engagement programs, developing award-winning communications, and leading diverse teams to deliver meaningful social impact.
Throughout her career, Cynthia has held leadership roles at prominent organizations including ServiceNow, Astellas Pharma, and Tuthill Corporation, where she developed and managed strategic volunteer programs, charitable policies, and cause partnerships. She is recognized for her expertise in multi-vendor management, project leadership, and the design of programs that empower employees to contribute to their communities in meaningful ways. Her work has earned multiple internal and external awards, including a three-peat APEX Award for publication excellence and numerous ABCD awards for employee communications.
Beyond her professional achievements, Cynthia is deeply committed to mentorship and community development.
