02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I have ever received is to always dress to impress, because you truly never know when or where you might encounter your next boss. This advice perfectly complements my professional philosophy of maintaining a strong executive presence and absolute professionalism in every interaction. By presenting myself with excellence at all times, I ensure that I am always prepared to represent both myself and the leaders I support as a trusted, high-level strategic partner.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Entering the executive assistant industry requires a blend of strategic foresight and emotional intelligence. Based on over 25 years of experience, here is the essential advice I would offer to young women starting their careers:

Be Proactive, Not Reactive: Anticipate leadership needs and solve potential issues before they impact the workflow.

Work Smarter, Not Harder: Act as an architect of efficiency by streamlining processes and eliminating administrative redundancy.
