Cynthia Reyes

Public-sector leader with 15+ years of experience in local government, congressional operations, and community relations. Currently serves as Deputy City Manager for the City of Pharr, Texas, after holding roles as Assistant City Manager and Director of External Relations. Previously worked in the U.S. Congress as District Director and as a Constituent Representative/Scheduler, coordinating projects across city, county, and federal partners and serving as a liaison between agencies and constituents. Earlier experience includes campaign leadership and pharmaceutical sales across South Texas. Holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Texas–Pan American and a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University.
