I am the Assistant Vice President for High Containment Biological Laboratories at Texas Tech University, where I have served since October 2025. Previously, I was the Biological Threat Coordinator at Texas Tech University for over nine years. Throughout my career in biosafety, biosecurity, and high containment laboratory management, I have developed deep expertise in biological threat coordination and laboratory operations.
