About Daffany
Daffany Smith is Bishop and Pastor of Virtuous Women's Fellowship Women's Ministry, which she founded with her husband after recognizing a need to support and empower women in South Central Los Angeles. With 31 years of experience in personal ministry and a combined 40-plus years of pastoral service, she has grown the organization from weekly prayer meetings into seminars, workshops, and conferences that minister to women one at a time. She holds an honorary doctorate and is pursuing a doctorate in Theology at Vine Theological Seminary, with anticipated completion by the end of 2027. Smith continues her work online through monthly meet-and-greet gatherings and teaching classes for women in ministry, emphasizing that women can fulfill their God-given callings without setting aside their femininity despite ongoing challenges such as glass ceilings in spiritual leadership.
