Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a deeply rooted belief that healing and prosperity are sacred and interconnected. As the founder of Elite Luxe Services, I go beyond traditional care by drawing meaningful connections between the body, wellness, wealth, and each person's unique life story. I operate with the mindset that true health and true wealth cannot be separated, recognizing the body as a temple and resources as seeds of a lasting legacy. My philosophy emphasizes that when both are nurtured, individuals can align with abundance in every area of life. I am committed to making healing accessible and ensuring that wealth is built in a sustainable, intentional way. Through my Mobile Lab Testing and Wellness Panels, I bring clarity, convenience, and care directly to my clients, meeting them where they are. In addition, my Wealth Builders initiatives help individuals cultivate financial wisdom, expand opportunities, and create generational impact. I believe that every journey encompasses physical, financial, spiritual, and generational dimensions. My guiding principle is that true healing begins by listening to the body, honoring the spirit, and trusting the process. Likewise, I believe true wealth is created by stewarding one's gifts, planting good seeds, and trusting in the harvest.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I received came from a friend who told me about mobile phlebotomy and encouraged me to go out on my own and build a business. She waited until after COVID to tell me about it, and when she did in early 2024, I was amazed because I didn't realize I could be in business for myself doing what I love. That perspective opened my eyes to the freedom and flexibility of creating something for myself. Watching my father work as an entrepreneur well into his 70s, and then having a stroke at 73 and still having to work because he didn't have things set up for retirement, also shaped my thinking. I wanted a different kind of balance for my own life and my children. This combination of insight and experience pushed me to pursue a path that offers both independence and sustainability.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I advise young women entering the industry to first focus on changing their mindset, recognizing that anything in life is tailored around your mindset. You have to put yourself in rooms with other people whose mindset is way bigger than yours, and they can help influence you to be able to find that passion and what drives you, what keeps you going, and what motivates you. Just getting in a different environment around people that can inspire you is so important. You need to read and learn and unlearn a lot of the stuff that we've been taught. Being coachable is key, because you have to be able to find that passion for yourself. Nobody can give it to you, it's yours, but surrounding yourself with the right people will help you discover it and grow.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

I see one of the biggest opportunities in my field right now, not really challenges. Everybody is so big on health now and realizing how much healthcare has changed. It's more of the older people who have been around for so long who can see the difference and understand what's happening. And everybody wants to know how to make more money or how to handle the money that they have. So I don't see any challenges at all, just opportunities, because people are waking up to the need for better healthcare access and financial education.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are improving myself on a daily basis and just becoming a better version than I was the day before. I'm committed to continuous growth and being able to look back over my life and see the growth I've gotten. I have a strong growth mindset that drives everything I do. I also value being understanding and compassionate, especially as a patient care provider. I'm a horrible patient myself, so I'm extra passionate about what I do because I understand what patients are going through. I wish there was a me for me, so I make sure to be that person for others. I'm more understanding than most people, and I take the time to help calm people down when they're panicky, especially kids. I just have a passion for helping people, whether that's in healthcare or in teaching them how to build financial security for themselves and their families.
