01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be adaptable because things aren't always going to go as planned. Don't let anyone convince you that you have to know everything before you speak up. Learn the operations before trying to change them. Build positive relationships and get buy-in from key players through cross-functional collaboration. Speak up even if your title doesn't warrant it because hands-on experience matters.
