About Daisy
Daisy Antee has built a career in human resources spanning 16 years, beginning in 2010. After studying psychology in college, she entered the field through a promotion from customer service into the HR department, where she developed a passion for the human side of business and advocating for people. Antee now works as an HR Consultant, offering advisory services and consultations to small businesses through a mix of long-standing relationships and short-term assignments. She emphasizes integrity, reliability, and honesty in her work, particularly in navigating difficult conversations. Outside of her professional roles, Antee volunteers with the Los Angeles Mission and has a history of supporting nonprofits.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Have an open mind and a healthful spirit. Be people-centered with a passion for helping others succeed, grow, and develop. Only seek leadership if you are truly passionate about assisting others in this role.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity is really important because you build trust through honesty. Show up for people and be reliable and present. Be honest even in hard conversations rather than sugarcoating.
