01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would say the biggest opportunity would be to network because sometimes with the busy schedules and with what's going on sometimes we forget that you know we need to take a step back take a breather and then start connecting with people because your experience could get you so far in life but then it's who you know and for me it's been you may not always be getting along with all of your coworkers but at least you can learn a valuable lesson from them so network pretty hard and then learn from other people so that way you can contribute that to your own success and use that as a tool to grow.
