For the past two years, Dana has operated as an independent consultant through her LLC, Gregory Adcock Consulting. Her approach emphasizes right-sized, nimble, and flexible systems that enable smaller companies to meet compliance standards while remaining operationally efficient. Dana works closely with early-stage organizations, providing strategic assessments and prioritization, particularly during critical phases of clinical development, before full-time quality staff are in place.

Beyond her professional achievements, Dana is passionate about team building and mentorship. She has a proven track record of hiring diverse teams with complementary skills, empowering them to excel while removing obstacles to their success. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, golfing, visiting wineries, and cheering for the San Francisco 49ers. Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to God. Glory be to God, literally. I would not be where I am without His unyielding love and grace. I lean into Him when I'm in the troubles and say, God, I don't know what's next, open the next right door for me, where should I go? And I know He hears me. I get so much strength and courage to persevere through challenging times, personally and professionally, from my faith. It's that courage and perseverance that has carried me through everything.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to ask questions and embrace learning. Don’t be afraid to say, “I don’t know—can you explain that?” Step outside your comfort zone, even with small actions. Each challenge builds courage and self-confidence, showing you what you’re capable of. Mistakes aren’t failures—they’re opportunities to grow. Above all, be authentic and true to yourself; honesty and authenticity make a real difference in your journey and in how you inspire others.
