What do you attribute your success to?
What do you attribute your success to? I attribute a lot of my success to how my parents choose to raise me. Both of my parents owned their own small businesses, which kept them on the clock often as i was growing up. They are both extremely hard working and dedicated individuals, which are traits I believe I inherited from them.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
One piece of advice I received when I was first starting out was to focus on " Blooming Where You Are Planted". I interpret that as focusing on being the best I can be in my current role, and by doing so that will get you to where you want to go in the future.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell them to not give up. At first working in sports can feel overwhelming, especially as it is a male dominated field. By keeping their head down and focusing on the job at hand they will set themselves up for a long and prosperous career!
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest opportunity in our field is all centered around AI and technology. Ticketing is moving toward AI‑driven personalization, and flexible access products, which lets teams dynamically tailor offers to specific companies, segments, and occasions rather than blasting generic group deals.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
In both work and personal life, the most important values are integrity, excellence, growth, and genuine care for people. Living by these means being honest and reliable, striving to do high-quality work, continually learning, and treating others with empathy and respect.
