My advice to young women entering accounting is to find a mentor and surround yourself with strong leaders, stay curious, and commit to continuous learning—regulatory rules are always evolving, so being informed and prepared is key.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges in accounting today include staying ahead of constantly evolving regulations while balancing client needs and professional development. At the same time, these challenges create opportunities to grow, lead, and mentor others, turning complex situations into lessons in resilience, adaptability, and integrity.
