Dana Schmidt is a real estate agent focusing on residential properties in the Greater Los Angeles area, including West LA, Brentwood, Santa Monica and Malibu. She obtained her real estate license in 2020 and works with broker Rick Cunningham and his team at Keller Williams. Dana holds a hospitality degree from the Glion Institute in Montreux, Switzerland, which she completed in 2011. 01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

It's difficult and very hard to stay in real estate long term. Just keep going, and don't give up! Do it out of love, work as a team with others in the industry to help people find peaceful homes or assist with their Real estate needs.

02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

In Keller Williams we believe values start with God, family, and only then business. Always put your family first as it is most important, then go into business and work really really hard.
