I am a retail sales and account management professional with a strong track record of driving sales, leading teams, and delivering exceptional customer service, currently serving as an Account Manager at Progressive Leasing, a role I stepped into in June 2026, where I manage client accounts and support customer relationships in a remote capacity.

Prior to this role, I spent nearly three years at United Wireless in progressively responsible roles, including Retail Sales Manager for nearly two years, where I supervised and supported team members in engaging with customers, ensured staff effectively demonstrated product features, maintained in-depth knowledge of offerings, drove the achievement and surpassing of sales targets through coaching, and fostered a collaborative and high-performing work environment. I also served as Assistant Manager for over a year, where I delivered exceptional customer service, showcased product features, consistently met and exceeded sales goals, built strong customer relationships, and stayed up to date with industry trends.

I am currently pursuing a degree in Business Management at Macomb Community College, with an anticipated completion in April 2030.
