Her Story
About Dana
Dana Villaseñor is a seasoned supply chain and logistics professional who serves as a Key Account Supervisor at Gebrüder Weiss, a global European logistics company. In this role, she oversees a large strategic account and manages a remote team across multiple locations, supporting complex international logistics operations, trade show shipments, large-scale projects, and high-priority freight. With more than a decade of experience in the industry, Villaseñor began her career as an intern and has built a reputation for quick problem-solving, operational excellence, and developing strong, lasting customer relationships.
Although Villaseñor originally planned to pursue a career in education, she ultimately followed her mother into the logistics industry and discovered a passion for the fast-paced and collaborative nature of the field. She credits her experience as a college softball student-athlete, including the dedication and teamwork developed through a softball scholarship, with helping shape the skills she applies in her professional life. Her accomplishments include receiving company-wide Employee of the Month recognition, completing dangerous goods training, and being selected for the nine-month Orange Rise leadership program, which has further strengthened her leadership and professional development.
Throughout her career, Villaseñor has been inspired by the example of her mother, who built a long career in logistics, as well as by the mentorship and leadership of her current supervisor. She is passionate about supporting her team, finding solutions to complex challenges, and delivering exceptional service to customers. With expertise in key account management, export operations, strategic logistics, customer solutions, and team leadership, Villaseñor continues to make a meaningful impact in the global supply chain industry while growing as an operational and people leader.
