Danecia Williams

I began my career in higher education in 2022 after moving to West Palm Beach from New York. Before that, I was doing retail management, but I was over that part of my life and wanted a change when I decided to move to Florida. Working in retail, I worked with high schoolers and students that were currently in college, so I thought maybe I could try higher education because I love education, just me alone, I just love education. I'm passionate about being surrounded by people that are like-minded, like myself, that have a passion for what they do. I love collaborating, I love meeting new people, and I look at people that are like-minded as myself where we can learn and grow with each other. There's no I in team.
