Danelle Garner, BSN RN is a dedicated and passionate nurse with a deep commitment to quality patient care, advocacy, and leadership in healthcare. Currently serving as Branch Director at Apollo Medical, Danelle brings extensive experience across diverse healthcare settings, including skilled nursing facilities, long-term care, wound care clinics, home health, and business development. Her clinical expertise, paired with her leadership acumen, allows her to support both her patients and her team, ensuring care excellence while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Danelle’s journey in nursing began in 2011 as a Certified Nursing Assistant, and she steadily advanced through the profession, earning her LPN from Capital Area School of Practical Nursing in 2014, an Associate of Science in Applied Science from Lincoln Land Community College, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Herzing University in 2024. Licensed to practice in both Illinois and Missouri, she has held roles ranging from pediatric LPN to Safety Director of HBO, Clinical Manager, and Director of Clinical Services, always prioritizing patient advocacy, staff support, and operational excellence. Outside of her professional life, Danelle is an avid traveler, concert enthusiast, and passionate reader who thrives on new experiences and adventures. She describes her leadership style as approachable, policy-driven, and transparent, always taking the time to explain the “why” behind decisions while recognizing the human element in every interaction. Most proud of her journey from CNA to branch director, Danelle embraces her career philosophy: “I didn’t choose nursing, it chose me,” and she continues to lead with empathy, integrity, and a commitment to making a meaningful impact on both patients and her team.
