01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Get comfortable being uncomfortable—growth lives there; cheer for others' successes, lift up fellow women, and always leave the ladder down for those coming behind you.

02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field is navigating a historically male-dominated industry, but this also presents a powerful opportunity to reshape the narrative, elevate diverse voices, and create more inclusive pathways for future leaders.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

In both my work and personal life, I deeply value meaningful relationships with family and friends, the freedom to explore through travel and the outdoors, and a strong sense of purpose and balance in my career.
